Whatever your needs, Apex Health + Social Care will create an individual package of care and support specially tailored to you. The first step is to complete a full assessment at home. Our trained and experienced assessors will meet with you and your family to produce a support plan designed with you at the centre. Apex has experienced staff who will help you to access your indvidiual bugdet and support you with the direct payment process.

Your care and support will be delivered by our own team of dedicated staff, all of which have been recruited, vetted and trained to Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS Framework guidelines and procedures.
