Client Enquiry
Your initial enquiry will be dealt with immediately by a member of staff from our team of experienced Booking Consultants. This Bookings Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In partnership with yourselves, a visit will be arranged at your convenience, with a member of staff who has experience in your particular care sector, and who is qualified to assist you in assessing and planning your individual needs.
Our staff database will be sourced to identify the most appropriate member of staff to meet your individual requirements. Staff 'matching' is assured by a number of qualitative factors. We follow the 'Code of Good Recruitment Practice' as stipulated by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). All staff are recruited, interviewed, referenced and assessed using our unique 3 Stage Level Grading System which follows a comprehensive training and development programme, delivered through the Apex Training an Development Centre. This ensures that staff are appropriately experienced/qualified for their area of work.
Staff on placement are monitored to ensure continued client satisfaction. All of our Apex offices have their own fully facilitated training suites and deliver a number of courses. No charges are made to our agency personnel.
