Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services. It was established in 2001 and are an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury.
Buying Solutions Health has now taken over the NHS Purchase and Supply agency that was previously responsible for supply of temporary staff to the NHS and as of the 1st October 2009 Apex was appointed as an approved provider to the NSH under the National Framework Agreement for Nursing
