Our Support Workers provide essential support to a variety of Individuals to live as independently as possible. Every day they promote independence, choice and support people in achieving their life goals.  With Apex Health + Social Care, you will be supporting, enabling and assisting people to live their life to the max! You will be supporting people in the following groups:

• People with a learning disability
• People with mental health needs
• Older people
• People with physical disabilities
• People with sensory impairment

Working with Apex, you will providing support to individuals on a 1 to 1 basis, this can be pop in calls throughout the day, or as part of 24 hour support package. As major provider of Social Care to Private Clients, Local Authorities and Charities through the Northwest and West Midlands, we can provide you with shifts to suit your lifestyle and the chance to really make a difference to someone’s life. You can expect to provide support in the following settings:

• Service User’s own homes
• Local Authority owned Network Houses
• Specialist Residential Homes
• Specialist NHS locations, both in hospitals and within the community

To help you deliver this vital service, you will have to the support of our Social Care team, on hand to give you advice and guidance as well as access to free training courses and NVQ qualifications.
