Whatever your needs, Apex health + Social Care will create a package of care and support tailored to your individual requirements. The first step is to complete a full assessment of your individual needs. Our trained and experienced assessors will meet with you and your family to produce a support plan designed with you at the centre.

Your care and support will be delivered by our own team of dedicated staff, all of which have been recruited, vetted and trained to CQC and NHS Framework guidelines and procedures. Operating 24 hours a day our experianced staff can provide pop in calls through to live in care and round the clock support. Our services include:
