As an accredited “Investors in People” organisation, Apex Health + Social Care is committed to providing free extensive training to all our staff. By investing in our workforce, we ensure that they have the relevant skills to carry out their specific job roles to the highest of standards.
All new recruits are required to undergo free mandatory training, before commencing work. This training is delivered by our own “in house” trainers, all of which are vocationally and occupationally competent in their specialist area. All training will take place in a local Apex training centre, where we have a variety of training courses on offer, the course you will attend depends on your experience and your chosen career.
An Introduction to Care Course
If you are new to the care profession, and have little or no experience you will be enrolled on our Basic Care Course.
