Staff Selected and Trained to Suit your needs
Each Support Worker employed via Apex is recruited, selected, inducted and trained to Care Quality Commission standards. After completing our thorough recruitment process, including Enhanced CRB, POVA and POCAL Checks, each Support Worker undergoes an extensive continuous training and development programme, delivered by our own in house training teams.

Service delivered with you at the centre
Support workers are selected, not only based on experience and skills, but also common interests, likes, dislikes, race, religion, orientation, religion and personality. When the Individual is happy with the worker, our recruitment teams work hard to provide continuity and a tailored service to suit individual needs.
