The manager’s role will be to run a busy children’s home for children and young people with potentially challenging behaviour. Must have experience in a similar role and hold NVQ level 4 qualifications or equivalent. The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and be given the opportunity for career progression within the company. There is a 3 months probationary period. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.

Residential Child Care, with Considerate Care.
Considerate Care is a specialist provider of residential care for children and young people in the North West of England who are in the care of Local Authorities. These young people will be in the age range 8 to 17 years inclusive and will have experienced:
- Emotional, social and/or behavioural difficulties
- Challenging behaviours
- Multiple placement breakdowns
- Mild to moderate learning difficulties
- Trauma and crisis in their short lives
Considerate Care now provide care and support at our new MOTHER & BABY unit ‘Aberdale’ with a dedicated and highly trained staff team specializing in helping girls, normally within the age range 14 to 18 years, manage their maternal responsibilities within a caring, safe and structured environment
