Accountabilities

Regulatory Requirements
At this nursing home chain we take our legal and regulatory responsibilities very seriously.  As part of your application you may be asked some questions that will allow us to ensure that we are meeting our responsibilities and ensuring that our applicants are treated fairly.  Most positions within Care Services will be subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate from the Criminal Records Bureau or Disclosure Scotland.

Your health

In certain cases it may be possible for this nursing home chain to sponsor a successful candidate in maintaining their visa allowing them to continue to work in the UK and transfer their employment.  However no employment can commence until all visa formalities have been formalised.
