As one of UK’s leading providers of healthcare staffing solutions and care in the home services we have almost 200 nurses and 1000 care workers registered with us at any one time. We know the quality of our service depends entirely on the quality of the nurses and carers we place with clients. Therefore we never recruit a nurse or carer unless we are confident we would be happy with those individuals looking after us or a member of our family.

Operating under Care Quality Commission and NHS Framework Agreement guidelines, every step we take in recruiting staff is governed by stringent quality controls. Each nurse or carer wishing to seek work with us must have a rigorous 60 minute face to face interview, an annual CRB check, two written references from previous employers, PIN checks for nurses, work permit verification and evidence of recent training.

We invest in our staff so they can invest in the support and care they deliver. Providing high quality training we ensure all our staff have the skills necessary to provide high quality care and that they are given the opportunity to reach their personal and professional goals.
