Choosing the Right Support

Apex Health + Social Care provides trained and experienced Support Workers to enable people to live independently within their own homes and communities. We supply Support Workers to Local Authorities, private organisations, charities and individuals. We are able to offer a bespoke service tailored to the needs of all clients and with the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual.

Our expertise extends to:
• Learning Disabilities
• Mental Health Needs
• Acquired Brain Injuries
• Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome
• Supported Living
• Challenging Behaviours
• Physical Disabilities
• Sensory Impairment

Staff Selected and Trained to Suit your Needs

Each Support Worker employed by Apex is recruited, selected, inducted and trained to Care Quality Commission standards. After completing our thorough recruitment process, including an enhanced CRB with ISA Children and Vulnerable Adults Barred List checks, each Support Worker attends mandatory training and in addition is able to undertake an ongoing personalised development programme through Apex’s specialised in house training.

Service Delivered with You at the Centre

Support workers are selected based on experience and skills and matched with you based on common interests, likes, dislikes, race, religion, orientation and personality. When the individual is happy with the support worker, our recruitment teams work hard to provide continuity.
