After completing our thorough recruitment process, including an enhanced CRB with ISA Children and Vulnerable Adults Barred List checks, each Support Worker attends mandatory training and in addition is able to undertake an ongoing personalised development programme through Apex’s specialised in house training. Service Delivered with You at the Centre Support workers are selected based on experience and skills and matched with you based on common interests, likes, dislikes, race, religion, orientation and personality.
