Apex Health + Social Care are thrilled to announce a full compliance report from the CQC after a recent visit and audit.
A CQC audit completed in Septmber 2012 has found Apex Health + Social Care to be fully compliant in all areas of health and social caring, support for staff and safety throughout it’s services.
The report handed to Apex HSC by the Care Quality Commission outlined the various areas that were checked and surveyed by the governing body, and all were judged to be compliant – an excellent result.
The following areas were surveyed by the CQC:
- Respecting and involving people who use services
- Care and welfare of people who use services
- Safeguarding people who use services from abuse
- Supporting workers
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision
